We work with you to build a realistic business plan and financial forecast. You will also review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and we’ll discuss your funding and financing plans/options.
STEP 6
Speaking to Our Franchise Owners:
Interview our Franchise Partners to learn more about their experiences, their opinions on the business, and what it takes to be successful.
STEP 7
Discovery Day:
You’ll attend a discovery day which includes meeting with leadership and the teams that will support you. It’s also when we finalize your business plan and territory.
STEP 8
Franchise Awarded:
It’s time to celebrate! Your corporation will be established, you’ll pay your franchise fees, and we’ll produce your franchise agreements for signing. You’ll then start your on-boarding and training.
How We Will Support You
TRAINING
We offer a 10-day comprehensive training course at our corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona, which will include classroom and in-store training on all aspects of owning and running a Koibito Poke.
LOCATION SEARCH
We will help you assess any potential locations that you are considering. Important characteristics of
location include easy ingress/egress, visibility, solid anchors and tenants, and high volume lunch and
dinner traffic.
CONSTRUCTION
We will assist you with store design and layout that will provide you with an efficient and beautiful
restaurant. You will work with a local contractor to build your restaurant out and our Construction
Coordinator will help you with any questions that you may have along the way.
MARKETING
We provide multi-channel campaigns to drive brand loyalty and sales. You promote your restaurant in your area.
