Franchise Awarded:
It’s time to celebrate! Your corporation will be established, you’ll pay your franchise fees, and we’ll produce your franchise agreements for signing. You’ll then start your on-boarding and training.

TRAINING
Our franchise training begins with no prior experience needed. Our owners begin “from scratch” but learn from experts on every aspect of the business until they’re ready for a Master-level industry certification. Training then continues on for additional professional development and business coaching.
FRANCHISE NETWORK
In addition to franchise training and franchise support from the brand’s corporate office, franchisees have their fellow owner-operators that help them with peer advice and suggestions. Owner-operators can find answers to common problems on the Koala University forum and can offer advice that can help their sister locations. Additionally, new franchisees are paired with a more experienced owner in our Koala Coaches mentoring program.
