Introduction call (5-10 mins):

We will reach out to answer initial questions, talk about qualifications, and schedule a more in depth conversation about the Icebox Studio and your goals with our brand.

STEP 3

Exploratory Call:

Talk with our team to get to know each other further:

– Discuss your goals, desires, and questions

– Learn more about our Core Values

– Overview of basic store operations

– Educate you about our support team

STEP 4

Market Study:

When we all decide that it’s time to move forward, you will enter the due diligence stage. This involves a market study, where you’ll develop a thorough understanding of the industry and ideal sites within your territory.

STEP 5

Budget and Financial Forecast:

We work with you to build a realistic business plan and financial forecast. You will also review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and discuss your funding and financing plans/options.

STEP 6

Speaking to Our Franchise Owners:

Interview our Franchise Partners to learn more about their experiences, their opinions on the business, and what it takes to be successful.

STEP 7

Discovery Day:

You’ll attend a discovery day which includes meeting with leadership team and visiting a local Icebox Studio. It’s also when we finalize your business plan and territory.

STEP 8

Franchise Awarded:

It’s time to celebrate! Your location will be awarded, franchise fees paid, and we’ll produce your franchise agreements for signing. Now it’s time for onboarding and your training to begin.
