HOW TO BECOME ActionCOACH FRANCHISEE
STEP 1
Submit Inquiry Form and Download e-brochure.
After you fill out the online info request, you will receive a Franchise Brochure to learn more about the ActionCOACH ownership opportunity.
Today
STEP 2
Introduction call (25-30 mins).
We will reach out to answer initial questions, talk about qualifications, and schedule a more in depth conversation about the ActionCOACH and your goals with our brand. The main goal with this call is to make sure that our model fits with your goals and values.
Within 24 Hours
STEP 3
Deeper Dive (1 hr):
We dive into the vision, mission and points of culture of ActionCOACH and give a sneak peek of the systems, tools and support you receive. At this point, we send a full Prospectus along with the franchise application.
STEP 4
Market Study:
If we all decide that we want to move forward, you will enter the due diligence stage. This involves a market study, where you’ll develop a thorough understanding of the industry within your territory.
STEP 5
Budget and Financial Forecast:
We work with you to build a realistic business plan and financial forecast. You will also review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and we’ll discuss your funding and financing plans/options.
STEP 6
Discovery Day:
You’ll attend a discovery day which includes meeting with leadership and the teams that will support you. It’s also when we finalize your business plan and territory.
STEP 7
Speaking to Our Franchise Owners:
Interview our Franchise Partners to learn more about their experiences, their opinions on the business, and what it takes to be successful.
STEP 8
Franchise Awarded:
It’s time to celebrate! Your corporation will be established, you’ll pay your franchise fees, and we’ll produce your franchise agreements for signing. You’ll then start your on-boarding and training.

BUSINESS COACHING
Our signature programs for small- to medium-sized, privately held businesses. We work directly with the owner(s) for up to an hour per week, and up to several years or more, customizing all of our systems to their unique business and needs.
CLUB PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS
Single-event workshops and recurring-revenue CLUB programs covering the entire spectrum of our systems. These are perfect introductory sales, leading to higher-priced programs.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING
For non-ownership executives or senior managers striving for higher levels of leadership and increased responsibility. These are priced and structured very similarly to our Business Coaching programs and are perfect for executives and senior management of larger corporations.
